はちコーさんのある駅近は諏訪湖畔からは離れてますが、ホテルから出て、地元のもので一杯やりたいのなら、こちらの居酒屋はオススメ。
今回初来訪ですが、刺身や焼き鳥を中心に、野沢菜コロッケのような工夫された料理や温蕎麦等、豊富なメニューに迎えられました。
信州サーモンは一瞬で風となり、酒泥棒の野沢菜コロッケに酔わされる。
日本酒も地元の良いものを揃えてます。
対象の人柄も良く、ホールも親切。
Google？か何かでも勧められてるらしく、海外の旅行者も来てました。
今度は友人とも来てみたいです！再訪確定です！
以下、予備情報。
•カウンターと4人席×2ですが、空くとすぐ埋まる店なので予約するのが堅いです。
•PayPay利用可です。諏訪市自体がふるさと納税制度でPayPay還元してるので早速昨年の残額を納税しておきました。
•諏訪湖畔付近は暗いのでお帰りはタクシーで。
•飲み過ぎに注意笑
