A charcoal grill specialty store that specializes in grilling using the high heat of binchotan charcoal.

They seem to do a wide range of things, from Japanese-style meal restaurants that mainly serve charcoal-grilled Wagyu beef and eel to high-priced takeout Bento (boxed lunch) and banquet dishes. In the countryside, there aren't many high-end restaurants like this, so this is a restaurant for special occasions. This time, I went to try the charcoal-grilled domestic beef Steak bento box (2,500 yen) that I saw online and wanted to try. The set also comes with a mini salad, chawanmushi, three Small dish side dishes, and coffee. Steak is probably cooked when the order is placed, so it takes a while to be served, but the salad and chawanmushi make it a safe pairing. The bento box is topped with a generous amount of meat, which is very satisfying, and the accompanying Steak sauce is delicious. The rice is cooked a little hard, which I think is to go with the charcoal-grilled eel bento box, and I liked it. For Steak of this quality, it's about this price. It's a fairly large place, including the parking lot, but it's on a back street one block away from the main road, so I hadn't noticed it until now.
