初訪なのでメニューの一番先頭にある豚骨醤油をいただきました。
家系を彷彿とさせるコッテリ。
味は濃いめ。
後半、少し濃いのがキツくなりましたが、濃いめ好きにはハマるでしょうね。
麺は家系と比較すると少し細め。。
でも、オプションで極太手打ち麺があるので、太麺好きな方はこちらでしょうね。
相方は中華そば醤油を頼みましたが、こちらは煮干しが効いていて甘みがある感じ。
麺はピロピロ麺。
こちらも良い感じ。
ワンオペで回してますが、うまく捌いていて、混んでいましたが待ちは短かったです。
駐車場も広めで入りやすいし、また来たいですね。
