地元企業のやっている博多イメージのお店、安曇野市にもできたんですね、豊科イオンの駐車場エリア内にあるので車でのアクセスは便利です。元町のお店は訪問したことがあり、久しぶりの訪問、今回は基本の豚骨ラーメン：780円にセットメニューで一口餃子：220円をつけて1,000円ジャストの注文です。セルフサービスで辛子高菜漬けと紅ショウガがあって、これがラーメン前のアテとして実に秀逸です。
餃子には味噌ダレが添えられており、餃子のタレ＋この味噌ダレがなかなか乙です。さて豚骨ラーメンですが、泡系豚骨ラーメンとある通り、クリーミーなスープになっています。麺は博多から仕入れる特注極細麺とあり、イメージするところの博多グルメのお店です。一方、やはり豚骨ラーメンあんまり好きじゃないんでしょうね、どうも塩気が足りなくてちょっと不満でした。
夜は鉄なべ餃子はもとより、串焼きなどの居酒屋メニューがズラリ、居酒屋使いの、締めの豚骨ラーメンができると言う便利なお店、それはそれとして私のベクトルとは違ってました。
