ふと思い付いて、久しぶりに伊那市のローメンが食べたくなり、伊那市へ向かうことに、以前に訪問した店も考えましたが、新規開拓しようとシャトレさんに行きました。ほぼ12時ちょうどに到着、席が埋まりかかっていましたが運良く着席できました。
ローメンだけではなく、さまざまありコロッケも食べたいなとも思いましたが、ここは当初の目的どおりローメンにしますが、ここはマトンだけではないんですね、の他に牛肉、猪、等あります。マトンを食べなれていない人も大丈夫です。さらに通常のローメンとスープタイプの2種類あります。今回はスープジンギスローメンにしました。しばしまち、お皿に乗って運ばれて来ました。ニンニクが、きいています。麺は他と変わらず太麺でローメン独特の歯ごたえ、ボリュームが多いかなとも思いましたが、以外とスッキリと食べることができました。こういう料理はもたれることがありますがそうならないのが、ローメンの不思議なところです。
店はおしゃれな外観と内観で入りやすいと思います。休日ということもあり家族連れが多かったです。
他のメニューも美味しそうでした。また訪問したいです。
ローメンは店によって味や具材が違うので、色々食べてみると面白いと思います。
