It's been a long time since I last visited. The exterior and interior are a bit stylish, and the atmosphere is calm, making it a restaurant where you can relax. It was during the Obon festival, and I called just before to ask if they were open, but I was glad I could sit at the counter (^-^). The second floor was reserved, and the customers seemed to be at a second party for their coming-of-age ceremony. When I sat at the counter, they brought out a big blackboard with today's recommendations. Most of the recommended dishes were sashimi, and I ordered amberjack. The amberjack, which was beautifully presented on a thick glass plate, was fresh, thick, and delicious (^-^). The rest of the dishes were from the regular menu, and I ordered skewers of garlic, shishito peppers, and pork cartilage. The taste was normal, but the male staff member who brought out the skewers from behind the counter had a quiet voice and was unfriendly. Next was spare ribs. Until now, I had only eaten spare ribs soaked in sauce, but these were lightly seasoned with salt and pepper, and had no meaty smell and were delicious. I asked if they had knives and forks, and a friendly young man brought them to me with a smile. Finally, we had cream cheese and Prosciutto canapes. The basil sauce was a perfect match and was delicious. We also had some alcohol, and it was delicious and we had a great time (^-^) Thank you for the meal (^-^)
