Horse sashimi is fatty. It has no odor and is soft and delicious. Horse sashimi has a strong impression of red meat, but it is fatty and sweet. It is delicious. ・Char ro sai This is a specialty of Ina. A dish of cabbage and lamb stir-fried with Worcestershire sauce. The crunchy cabbage has a nice sauce flavor.
