小黒川のパーキングエリアはパーキングエリアの中では大き目の部類、フードコートが充実しており、一般のそば・うどん・定食の店とカレーショップが入っています。
ソースカツ丼が名物の伊那谷をかんがみ、何となくソースカツ丼：770円をオーダーしました。見た目はなかなかいいですが、カツの肉は薄くて、脂も多かった。まあこんなものかしらん。
