並盛り
着席後迷わず並盛りを。
今回はリーゼントの大将ではない、メガネの方が作っておりました。
意外と作り手によってブレるこちらだけに、どうなるか。
チャーシューが小ぶりのせいか、４枚入っていました。
ネギがしっかり薄く切られていたりとか、微妙な違いがあるような。
スープ、案の定、一口目がやや薄く感じられ。これがブレなんですが・・・
これ、リーゼント大将の時だと絶対感じないんですよね、不思議と。
まぁ、２口目以降はいつもの大石家の味に戻ってますが。
今回については、体調的に濃い目で頼んだ方が良かった気もします。
しかしながら、麺の加減、チャーシューの旨みと柔らかさ、
メンマの歯ごたえ、かまぼこと具材の隙は全くありませんでした。
スープが多めに残って固形物完食。
御代田町に大石家が新たにできるそうで。
東信でも、このどこか懐かしい味はきっと受けるんではないかと思います。
