We blend fine-grained buckwheat flour produced in Kamiina, Nagano Prefecture (Iijima Town) home-milled with a stone mill, and coarse buckwheat flour hand-ground in an original ratio.
Food “Soup” brings out the flavor of soba
It has a rich taste that is full of dashi.

... ground by hand. It has a sweet soba flavor. The noodle soup is made with locally produced Ina soy sauce and Yomeishu mirin to create a rich flavor that is overflowing with the flavor of bonito stock. We recommend eating it with salt first so that you can enjoy the flavor and aroma of soba!
