... ground by hand. It has a sweet soba flavor. The noodle soup is made with locally produced Ina soy sauce and Yomeishu mirin to create a rich flavor that is overflowing with the flavor of bonito stock. We recommend eating it with salt first so that you can enjoy the flavor and aroma of soba!
