「初めは塩だけで召し上がってください」は蕎麦に馴染みのない人には何を味わうのかわからないと思うが、蕎麦好きの私にとっては「相当自信があるんだろうな」と納得できた。香り高い蕎麦、十割を細く打つ技術、出汁香るつゆの美味さ、どれを取っても大満足だった。
一点だけ不満なのは天ぷらに抹茶塩のみ供されていた事。東京の蕎麦店でもたまに見かけるが、具材によっては天つゆで食べたいものもある。気の利いた店では、塩と天つゆの両方を出してくれますよ。
