Click here today. This is a soba and sauce cutlet bowl restaurant in Komagane City. I discovered that Tabelog Premium Cou was available at 50% off, so I made a reservation and visited. Since it's a public holiday, the store is crowded with families. First of all, I ordered beer and snacks. Lastly, I asked for soba noodles. Perhaps because I'm not usually this busy, I was able to tell him about the breasts that would take quite a while. ●Sauce cutlet plate A cutlet-only version of Ina Valley's famous sauce cutlet bowl. The cutlet is about 15mm thick and has crunchy breadcrumbs, but the sauce softens the coating. It would be better if it was a regular pork cutlet, but this is a cutlet that should not be made into a sauce cutlet. ●Basashiri Lean horse sashimi loved by locals. The rouibe state will be a little rough, but it will be delicious once it melts. ● Dashi-wrapped egg: Although it is firm rather than fluffy, it is seasoned with a good amount of dashi stock. ●Mori Soba 100% Coarsely ground and finely cut soba noodles, with a strong nutty aroma. It's a shame that it lacks freshness and is cut and short. I like the dipping sauce to be spicy. The condiments are wasabi and green onions, not fresh wasabi. ●Mori Soba with White Sesame Sauce It is thicker than 280% and resembles country soba. It's 28, but it smells as good as 100%. Personally, Nihachi is overwhelmingly more delicious because of its crunch. White sesame sauce is a dipping sauce similar to Tsukemen (Dipping Nudle). It would be even more delicious with chili oil. I also appreciate that it comes with regular dipping sauce. Although it is a soba restaurant along Bypass Street, the soba is delicious. Thank you for the meal.
