I stopped by this shop on my way to Hayataro Onsen. It goes without saying that the main selling point is that it's a soba restaurant, but you can also enjoy the famous sauce cutlet bowl as a set. The nihachi soba noodles have a firm, firm flavor that goes well with the sweet and spicy sauce of the sauce cutlet bowl.
