アクセス的にはハードル高いですが、伺って良かったと思えるお店でした。
萩原さんのスタンスも素晴らしく、全国からも客を呼べつつ地元の方にも愛されるお店なのも納得です。
ジビエを楽しむお店ですが、きちんと和食的な美味しさもあって素晴らしかったです。
1組限定で宿泊も今後できるようになるようなので、それもまた楽しみです。
