This is a Hokkaido Jingisukan specialty restaurant from Iida that will satisfy our customers. We are particular about the pot, and have them make a pot in Hokkaido that is different from the Jingisuka
...n pot in Iida Shimoina. You may not know it at first glance, but the pot has many holes and all the excess fat falls to the bottom. We use a pot that is not used in this area. Unlike beef or pork, fat does not accumulate in the body, so I think it is good meat for your health. Also, instead of cutting the meat normally, the chef carefully removes any sinews that are unpleasant to the palate, making it easier to eat. This is what makes us different from other restaurants. Even if it takes time, we want our customers to eat delicious food...we work hard every day to make everyone understand this passion. First-time customers are welcome.
