魚を知る店。鮮度・青物・地物にこだわっています。県外からのお客様はその新鮮さに驚かれます。鯖も刺身で提供しています。〆鯖ではありません。肴を知る店。和食が主体ですが、お客様の嗜好に合わせて、和・洋・中取り揃えております。酒を知る店。生ビールはキリンビール様より認定を受けた「キリン満点生の店」。日本酒は純米以上しか置いていません。焼酎は店主自ら作成のテイスティングチャートあり。 |
長崎に出張で行きました。
魚がうまいところ、と聞いてこちらに連れてきてもらいました。店内は満員で、お客さんは地元の人が多いようです。地元に愛されてるので美味しいに違いないですね。お店は昔からやってる居酒屋な雰囲気。早速、いろいろ魚を注文しました。刺身はどれも本当に美味しい！
特にサバは僕の中でど真ん中でした。あとは印象に残ってるのはイカが美味しかったです。どれも地のものとのことでした。長崎出張のいいスタートがきれました！
