長崎駅前のちょっと裏路地に入ったところにある地元の方
が通う居酒屋です。
本日は長崎＜炉談＞でちゃポリタンです。
ちゃポリタン？？？
長崎が今新たな新名物として仕掛けている新メニューです。
と その前に折角の居酒屋さん、長崎の地の物が満載です。
お刺身の盛合せ（2〜3人前）2000円。
お魚処長崎で採れたお魚の刺身。身が締まって最高です！！
魚嫌いの方でも食べるんじゃないか！！と思うほど美味しいお刺身です。
焼酎が進みますね。
今度はお肉。長崎和牛の網焼き 1人前1200円。
長崎は和牛も美味しいとの事。ならばで注文した所、これ絶品。
塩味で頂くのですが、肉の臭みが全く無く肉の旨みのみが口の中一杯に残ります。
長崎和牛、恐るべし！！といった感じです。
こちらお酒と言うより、白いご飯とみそ汁で頂きたいところです。
でいよいよ本日のメインイベントちゃポリタンです。
ちゃんぽん王国 長崎ならではの逸品です。
見た目はねっとりしたナポリタンその物ですが・・・・・
味もナポリタンそのものです。
ただ麺から出た粘り気で、若干粘っこい感じです。
麺が水分を吸って、柔らかい昔給食で出たソフトメンみたいな感じになっています。
でもそんなに違和感無く頂けました。
長崎名物・トルコライスにも良く合う感じがしました。
全国各地、ご当地メニューを作ろうと躍起になっておりますが、
ちゃんぽん・カステラ・トルコライスなど結構名物品が目白押しな
長崎も、そこにあぐらをかく訳では無く新たなチャレンジを
しているんですね。
ブームは一朝一夕にはできません。継続を期待します！！
