出張先のホテルの近くにあり、ホテルのお勧めのお店ということで行ってみました。
地元のお料理が食べられるという看板に惹かれて、ローソン二階というちょっと入りにくいシチュエーションでしたが、思い切って乗り込んでみました。忘年会シーズンということもあって、かろうじてカウンターが一席空いているかどうかというくらいでしたが、気持ちよく通してもらいました。
狭くて隣の人とかつかつでしたが、人気店ということでプラスに解釈しておきます。
居酒屋メニューの粋を出るものは少ないですが、創作料理よりも地元の美味しいものを食べたい！とお思いでしたらとてもお勧めと思います。地魚や地場の食材を用いながら長崎らしさを保とうと努力しているお店だと思います。
水イカのお刺身、とても歯ごたえがあって新鮮でした。そしてクジラのしゃぶしゃぶは初めて頂きました。
臭みがあるかなと思いきや、これは行けます！見たところ脂身が多いようですが、これもしゃぶしゃぶにしてしまえばとてもさっぱり。
具は写真の通りにゴボウがたくさんあって、これがまたシャキシャキしてお肉と相性がよくおいしかったです。スープはだしのたっぷりきいた醤油味。
〆にご飯を頂きました。
とてもおなか一杯になり、最後の方はかなり苦しかったですが(^0^;)
しゃぶしゃぶを頼んだので今回はちょっと高めになりましたが、一つ一つの単価は高くないのでＣＰはいい方だと思います。
おしゃれというのとはほど遠いですが、気さくでちょっと雑然とした雰囲気がまた趣があるので、一度行ってソンはないお店だと思います。
