I came here for a New Year's party.It was a weekday night, but I reserved a private room.The fried burdock root is crunchy, so someone will have to break it up with chopsticks and eat it.It's hard to see at the back of the fried burdock root. However, if you have never tried Hatoshi, a Nagasaki specialty, please order it.It is made by sandwiching minced fish between Sandwiches deep frying.The type of minced fish inside varies depending on the restaurant.It is served with several kinds of white fish, shrimp, etc. There is also a shop. The Hatoshi at this shop had a creamy filling. It's even more delicious when you eat it when it's freshly made and hot. Also, did you know that Nagasaki's Tekkamaki is white instead of red? The standard tekka roll is red, made with tuna, but Nagasaki's tekka roll is white.It is made with yellowtail or yellowfin.If you have only eaten red tekka roll, you should try Nagasaki's white tekka roll. We were talking so much (lol), so I don't have many pictures, but the cod milt with ponzu sauce was delicious. I'd like to come back sometime. Thank you for the meal.
