I wanted to eat a variety of things, so I went to an all-mighty Izakaya (Japanese-style bar). We ordered kimchi, meat and potatoes, assorted sashimi, Grilled skewer, gratin, onion Tempura, and grilled Onigiri. Perhaps because they have Sushi, the sashimi is delicious and the sashimi soy sauce is even better. The meat and potatoes had the deliciousness of potatoes and dashi stock, the gratin had an unexpectedly good creamy sauce, the sweet onion Tempura, and the grilled Onigiri had the aroma of soy sauce, a crispy surface, and a fluffy interior that was served with miso soup. It went well with it and was delicious. Apparently it was the owner's 73rd birthday, and the regulars were celebrating, lending alcohol to other restaurants, and the atmosphere was good.
