I was looking for a shop around Shianbashi and I was curious about this newly opened shop, so I went there. The entrance to the store is narrow, so I wondered what the room would be like, and it was deep, spacious, and clean. The room was private and I could relax with a sunken kotatsu. When I checked in advance, there seemed to be a banquet course, but I didn't see it when I looked at the menu, so I wasn't sure, but this time I ordered a single item. The restaurant's recommended Yashu sashimi (780 yen per person) includes dishes from all over Kyushu, including Fukuoka grilled mentaiko, Saga squid, Nagasaki whale, grilled white fish, and summer mandarin over Tosa, and Oita amberjack Ryukyu. , Kumamoto horse sashimi, Miyazaki mango wrapped in Prosciutto, Kagoshima chicken tataki, mentaiyaki and tataki were delicious. The others ordered skewers, and my wife and friend who had the new potato wasabi cream skewers said they were delicious. Also, the vegetables and Dejima Rose were delicious. There were times when I thought it would take some time, but I think that will improve in the future. The restaurant's flyer said it was Japanese-style meal, but I had the impression that it was more of a creative Japanese-style meal. Although I didn't try it this time, the black pork green onion shabu also looked delicious.
