料理の素材がものすごくいいお店です。
突き出しの出島ばらいろ牛肉は絶品で、ステーキもオーダーして堪能しました。
素材が良いので、味付けは塩・こしょうやわさびなどでシンプル。
味付けの評価。。。はできないかも。。。
自慢の八盛は、メニューとイメージがかけはなれていて残念。。。
お酒が高いです。
全体的にコスパが悪いかな。。。
スタッフさんはとても好印象なので、次回行くならコース料理で！
