A Sushi restaurant along Yorozuya Street, 2 minutes walk from Shianbashi tram stop. Although it is a small shop, it is run by a gentle owner, so even first-time visitors feel at ease. A la carte dishes are also prepared daily. While taking orders from the customers in front of me, the owner greeted me with a smile, and although it was my first time there, I was able to sit comfortably. When I asked for cold sake, I was given the local ``Rokujuyoshu'' junmai unprocessed sake from Nagasaki. A delicious sake with the plumpness of the rice typical of a sake brewery in Kyushu. A wonderful horse mackerel nanban as an appetizer. The acidity is light and goes well with alcohol. I love that it has a finish that allows you to bite into your head without difficulty. The ground horse mackerel, octopus, and two types of white meat are in good condition and have a light, fatty taste. When you bite into the chewy octopus, the flavor of the material oozes out. I appreciate that it's simple and delicious. [b:・Special Nigiri 2,600 yen] Each time you make it, they will serve you 1-2 pieces of white meat and sumika. 9 pieces including Gunkan and Temaki, 1 serving with Hosomaki and a bowl. The guinea pig conger eel was placed on seaweed and handed to me. (* ̄ー ̄) The picture of the conger eel is so blurry that it's useless♪ My favorite was the tuna, and not only was it thick and shiny, but the flavor of the ingredients was so rich and delicious. The other seeds had a good texture, giving the impression of freshness rather than ripeness. The sushi rice is small enough that even a woman can eat it in one bite. A familiar, slightly sweet flavor with a grainy texture.
