A Sushi restaurant along Yorozuya Street, 2 minutes walk from Shianbashi tram stop. Although it is a small shop, it is run by a gentle owner, so even first-time visitors feel at ease. A la carte dishes are also prepared daily. The ground horse mackerel, octopus, and two types of white meat are in good condition and have a light, fatty taste. When you bite into the chewy octopus, the flavor of the material oozes out. I appreciate that it's simple and delicious. [b:・Special Nigiri 2,600 yen] Each time you make it, they will serve you 1-2 pieces of white meat and sumika. 9 pieces including Gunkan and Temaki, 1 serving with Hosomaki and a bowl. The guinea pig conger eel was placed on seaweed and handed to me.
