木曜日の19時過ぎに予約をしての訪問。
週中というのに店内は満席で待っている人もいました。
〇イカの活造り 2,390円～（サイズによって違うようです）
お店で一押しのイカの活造りは、店内にある大きな水槽から揚げた新鮮なものを調理してくれます。
九州では呼子の活造りも有名ですが、そちらと比較するとやや柔らかめの食感でしたが、甘味や旨味がしっかりとする刺身でした。
ゲソやエンペラーの部分は天ぷらにしてもらえます。
〇長崎ハーブ鯖の活造り 3,840円
その名の通りハーブを混ぜたえさで養殖しているので、臭みが少なく刺身でも非常に美味しく食べる事ができました。
〇すり身揚げ 540円
ふわふわで香ばしい風味のすり身揚げ。
〇黒毛和牛佐世保レモンステーキ 1,490円
〇せせり柚子胡椒炒め 790円
海鮮をメインに、佐世保名物も食べられる幅広いメニューが楽しめるお店でした。
