佐世保の夜はささいずみ。イカ活き造りは二日連続でも全く飽きない美味しさ
この店を知ってウン十年。佐世保に来たら夜は二晩に一度は通っています。お酒類はほぼ原価で出してくれる魚の美味しい店なのです。
今回初でしたが、二日連続で晩飯にお邪魔しました。
何と言ってもイカ活き造りは必ず注文。カワハギも鯵も生簀から上げて捌いてくれます。
イカや鯵のぷりぷり感、カワハギの肝も悶絶美味い。すり身揚げもシンプルだけど美味しい。
イカの残りは塩焼きか天ぷらか刺身、これ無料。
鯵の頭や残り身は麦味噌の味噌汁、これも無料。
今回は佐世保名物レモンステーキまでいただきました。
だから腹いっぱい頼んでも、一人5,000円。
おご馳走様でしたー♪また来まーす。
