サウナ旅にて最初の居酒屋として選びました。
事前の予約確認や海鮮の為、前日注文などとてもきめ細かい配慮をして頂きました。
ここはハーブ鯖活き造りがとても美味しく最高です。
佐世保のクラフトビールも従実しておりとても至福でした。
しばらく鯖を堪能していると店員さんがまわってきていつもは時価で提供しているイカの活き造りを今回は2500円で提供してくれるとのこと。
それは頼むしかないということで注文。
これもまた最高の一言でした。
鯖やイカの最後の部位までしっかり調理して頂き、鯖は荒汁にイカは天ぷらにして頂き、もう至れり尽くせりの王様気分でした。
佐世保にいった際にはまた必ず訪れます。
