二回目の訪問。前回長崎ハーブ鯖を頂きましたが
福岡、鹿児島で頂いた生鯖と比べると身質が柔らかかったのが気になりましたが高評価でしたので
たまたまかと、高評価ついてた鯵活け造りでリベンジをと再訪。活け造り確か900円切る価格でその後は200円しないと価格で味噌汁か骨せんべい揚げに。確かに生け簀から出されたとこなので新鮮ですが、生け簀でかなり長くいたのかストレス抱えてたのかゴム毬っぽい微かな匂いと柔らかな身質が気になり。うーんなんだかって感じ。さかなのすり身揚げは美味しかったですが
ヒラスのカマ焼き、ハーブ鯖を使用したバッテラも特筆すべきものは無し、確かに佐世保価格で都内価格より安く普段使いには良いと思うのですが
特別感求めるなら…ですね。次回は別のお店開拓します
