今やジンギスカン好きには欠かせない店『悟大』。JR水道橋の駅前に佇むその姿は、レトロな雰囲気を醸し出す、まさに昭和の趣。店内に一歩入ると…鮮度抜群の‘羊肉’が、躍るようにあみの上で焼きあがっている姿が！ジンギスカンといえば、鍋焼が一般的だが、『悟大』ではあえて「あみ焼き」を使用。あみの上でやきあげることで、余分な脂や雑味が落ちて、羊肉本来の旨味がたっぷり味わえるという。ジンギスカンともに楽しみたい
