思う存分鶏肉が食べたくなって、独りで佐世保に出かけました。
今年の7月に開店したばかりの、しかもモモ１本焼きがメニューにあるということで、
こちらのお店に行ってみることにしました。
アーケードの、ロッテリアの正面で大変わかりやすい場所です。
２階に上がり、扉を開けると店内は明るく、若者が好みそうな居酒屋風でした。
フロア係は若い女性ばかりで、忙しそうに動き回っておりました。
独りなのでカウンターに座って注文。
スーパードライ生が199円と安いのでまずそれを注文。
すぐにお通しのキャベツと一緒に運ばれて着ました。
このキャベツ（塩昆布が載っている）はお代わり自由なのだそうで、
サラダを注文しようと思っていたけど、キャベツで十分となりそうです。
季節メニューもあり、「秋刀魚のりゅうきゅう」と「いろいろキノコのおひたし」を注文。
「りゅうきゅう」は大分でも食べましたが、秋刀魚は珍しいですね。
念願のモモ１本焼きですが、こちらも通常のタレに加えて季節限定のキノコのあんかけだれ
みたいなのがあったそうですが、秘伝ぷるぷるだれにしました。
程なく鉄板にジュージュー音をたててのせられたモモ１本焼きが到着。
お姉さんがすぐさま食べやすい大きさにカットしてくれます。
四万十川の清流で育ったという清流若どりは、柔らかく、またさっぱりジューシーでした。
もう１本くらい行けちゃいそうな感じです。
飲み物はホッピーに替えて、あと一品、レバー串カツを頂きました。
レバーはふんわり柔らかかったですが、串カツではなくそのままが良かったかな。
締めは「肉すい」で、身体をちょっと温めて退散。
コスパもまずまずですし、仲間とちょっとという感じでまた利用させて頂きます。
