It is located about an hour from Nagasaki Airport. It is difficult to get to due to its location, so a rental car may be recommended! It is a favorite restaurant with a great commitment to local production and consumption. You can also make new reservations, which is nice. For this amount, the course for one person is about 15,000 yen, which is a good deal~tears The atmosphere in the restaurant was calm and not noisy, and the chef was humble and provided wonderful service. When I was leaving, the chef kept bowing his head until I was out of sight. It's far from the restaurant, but it's worth going.
