古風な建物で落ち着けて女性客に大人気。活魚を中心にクジラ、フグ、郷土料理、各種定食とメニューも豊富。店内はマスターこだわりの有田焼の陶板でいっぱいで器としても活用されています。中央を流れる川は、水の都島原ならではの風景。観光地鯉の泳ぐ街通りに在りまさに水の都。男前のマスターも人気の一つで最高のおもてなしで応じてくれます。 |
長崎から車で島原に移動。
島原は本当は教会とか見ようと思っていたけど、駅を見て、かんざらしを食べに行くだけになってしまった。
食いしん坊は食べ物が優先で教会は見なかった(笑)
事前にいくつかピックアップしていたけど、結局、広い駐車場もあって、行きやすいこのお店にした。
電話で確認して、その応対もとてもよく、かんざらし単品でも快く気持ちのいい接客で食べられた。
注文から１０秒くらいで出てきたのに驚く(笑)
かんざらしは小さい白玉に似てるんだけど、優しい甘みの奥になんとなく鉄っぽいような味がする。
素朴なデザートだと思う。
