古風な建物で落ち着けて女性客に大人気。活魚を中心にクジラ、フグ、郷土料理、各種定食とメニューも豊富。店内はマスターこだわりの有田焼の陶板でいっぱいで器としても活用されています。中央を流れる川は、水の都島原ならではの風景。観光地鯉の泳ぐ街通りに在りまさに水の都。男前のマスターも人気の一つで最高のおもてなしで応じてくれます。 |
長崎から車を運転してきてやっと飲めます☺︎
商店街に向かう道すがら、観光案内所でボランティアをしているご高齢の男性にこちらのお店を紹介してもらいました。
せっかくだし、ここはお店オススメのガンバずし定食（と生中）にしてみました。
河豚の押し寿司、具雑煮、かんざらしのセットです。
河豚の押し寿司には梅肉が挟んであって、味もついているのでそのまま食べられます。具雑煮はカシワで出汁をとってごぼうを中心とした野菜と一緒に煮込んだ醤油味の雑煮です。私にとっては懐かしい母の味という感じでした^_^
かんざらしは白玉団子の米粉バージョンで甘いシロップと一緒にいただくデザートですね。
どれもとても美味しかったです☺︎
具雑煮はこれまた島原名物のそうめんに代えることができるので、お好みに合わせてどうぞ。
