夜にお客様と立ち寄りました
アラカルトでいろいろお願いしました
前日は低気圧の影響で活イカは諦めていました
一応聞いてみると、入荷されていないとのこと。自然相手なので当然だも思いながら、次回に期待です
もう一つ 期待をした低温調理の牛レバーをお願いしましたが、こちらも品切れとのこと。
これは想定外のためとても残念でした
しかしながら、注文したお料理はどれも美味しかったです
活きアジは脂のノリとしっかりとした食感が美味しいです
それ以外の刺身も揚げ物もステーキも全て美味しくて、お客様とも素敵な時間を共有出来ました
