11月〜3月末までの 旬の時期限定なので
楽しみにしているリピーターさんが多いようです。
唐比れんこんは、こちらのお店のすぐ下の湿地で
栽培されています。
ミネラル豊富な泥のため、れんこんは色が黒っぽいですが、とても味が濃い！糸引きがすごい！
いつも通りがかりには直売所などで 唐比れんこんを
購入しています。
もう、他のれんこんには戻れないんです。
