3/17まで臨時休業中。 |
長崎空港で時間があったので、最後の長崎の味を楽しもうと言うことになり入りました。
普段江戸で寿司食う店でも小柴の穴子が入らない時はよく対馬の穴子を使っているので、長崎で食べたらどうかな〜？と軽い気持ちで板さんに話しかけてみました。
そしたら、刺身で出してる穴子がいい味だから、軽く炙って塩で食べたら〜？とのこと。
まんまと乗っかって食べてみたら美味い美味い♪
地元で新鮮なものを食べるのは当たるとたまんないね〜♪
