福岡からジェットフォイルで壱岐にやってきました。
1日目のランチで訪問
いただいたのは、
生うにと壱岐牛の炙り焼き定食3500円
生うに丼は器の下に温かいタレがはいっておりまして、
たまごかけご飯のようにまぜまぜしていただくお料理でした。
雲丹が出汁とあっていてほんのり甘みが感じられ美味しかったです。
かじめの味噌汁、かじめとは壱岐の海でとれる、昆布科の海草です。
壱岐牛は炙り焼きで、外側が大変香ばしく
牛がとろけるような旨さでした。
サラダも添えられバランスが良かったです。
観光案内所で地域クーポンをたくさんいただいたので
贅沢ランチがいただけて嬉しかったです！
