2日前に予約したので入れないかと思ったのですが、
なんと入れました。
小麦アレルギーだと伝えると、パンは用意出来ないけれど良いですか、と。
まあね、2日前だしね、しょうがない、ここは我慢、我慢。慣れっ子です。
もしかしたらもう少し早く予約すればグルテンフリーのパンを用意してくれたのかな？最近は用意してくれるお店やわざわざ作ってくれるお店が増えてきているので、もしかしたら私の予約が遅すぎたのかもしれません。
そういうお店はよく1週間前だったら用意出来るとか言われたりします。
汗だくになりながら奈良公園の上の方にあるレストランに到着、カメラでわかるのかすぐに迎えに来てくれました。素敵。
店内に入るともっと素敵、いかにもな煌びやかな店内ではなく山小屋のような、別荘のような雰囲気です。
スタッフさんの佇まいから高級感がありました。
アルコールは飲めないので、食前のドリンクはライムのドリンクを選択、これが暑い奈良にはピッタリのさっぱりした味、期待高まります。
今日提供する野菜をまずはお披露目、なるほど見せる演出のようです。
苔の上に乗せられていたりと、全てのメニューが見た目とても綺麗でした。
味もとてもよい、使われている食材もこだわりがあり、
これは来て良かった〜と思わせてくれました。
ただ最近の流行なのか、ポーションも小さいので、カットされているものも小さいのよねー、イカとか、おっと小さいというのが最初の感想、笑
しかし、それを上回る味でした。
演出もよく魚はレモンを利用したソースなのですが、わざわざレモンをつけているものも持ってきてくれます。
こういう手作り感を見るととても嬉しくありがたくなるものです。
デザートもよくあると言えばあるけれど、バラを凍らせて見せる演出、こういうのもね、よくあるけれど、やっぱり目を奪われるし嬉しいのよね。
見た目だけでなく味も美味しいので評価高いです。
良いですわー。
デザートもカヌレが私は食べられない、それが差し替えられていました、まあ仕方がない。
カヌレとチョコだとかなり違う気もするが、あはは。
せめてチョコをもう一つとセコイ私、笑。
いやいや、気を遣って頂いたのでありがたやです。
唯一難点というか、最近の流行りなのですが、
畑に見立てているのかな、茶色の箱に入っているのですが、そのまま食材が置かれているので、この下のひかれているものは使い捨てなのかが気になりました。
最近のお店に多い気がします。どうなのかな？
遠くには鹿がいるのが見えました。
のんびりとした奈良でしか味わえないこの空間。
良かったです。
接客も近すぎ好き遠すぎずでとても良かったです。
また行きたいなと思わせて頂けるお店でした。
