バスク語で「記憶」を意味する店名のこちらへ。
まずは待合室でウエルカムドリンクを飲みながら、、
待合室がきちんとあるお店はテンション上がりますねぇ。
こちらのお店、敷地が兎に角広い
奈良公園区域内にして東大寺旧境内跡地にありなんと面積350坪
レストランのお隣、
東大寺の敷地内には鹿がゆっくり散歩しているのをテーブルから眺める事が出来る。
お料理は
所謂モンダンスパニッシュ。
この日はランチ、コースは三種類あり真ん中の9900円のコースを頂きましたが、
いや～都内だとこの倍はしそうな内容に歓喜。
開放感あふれるダイニングルームに
着かず離れずの心地よい接客になんといってもお料理が全部しっかり美味しい。
スズキにニラのソースなんて天才ですか？青い旨味と表現されたニラソースの香りがスゴイです笑
三輪山本の手延べパスタ麺は
デュラムセモリナ粉を使用した細くつるんとしたパスタに
紫蘇を使った和風ジェノベーゼ、
これに＋される烏賊の食感と旨味。爽やかな風味と相まって久しぶりに美味しいパスタを食す。
