奈良の食べログ１位。奈良グルメを調べている時に知ったこちらのお店。
春日大社や奈良公園近くで観光には便利な場所。
お店の雰囲気も堅苦しくなく、一人でも寛げる。
何と言っても鹿さんビュー。
前菜４種、ダブルメイン、デザート、飲み物。
スペイン産のスパーリングは適度な酸味もあり、辛口でスッキリ。
１つ１つのお料理に名前がついており、シェフの考えや体験が生かされていて、面白い。
全ての料理の詳細を語れるほどグルメじゃないけど、全ての゙皿は食感、温度、食材の組み合わせ、香りなど考え抜かれている。
当日は寒かったので、前菜のスタートが超冷たい料理でそこが少しだけマイナス。まだ３月は寒い。
最近流行りのハーブのスプラウトが香りが強すぎず風味を添えていてとても良かった。
量もそれなりにあり、コスパもとても良いと感じた。東京にも系列のお店があると紹介してもらったので、今度はそちらに行ってみたい。
