本日は好天の下で奈良方面をのんびりドライブ
天理にて昼飯にこちらを訪問
12時ごろの到着で待ちが10数人ほど
40分ほどの待ちで着席
注文は特製中華そば醤油と卵かけご飯で
特製はチャーシュー増し煮玉子付きみたいだな
特製中華そばはトッピングが薄切りと角切りのチャーシューに味玉、メンマ、ネギと玉ねぎ
麺は平打ちで喉越しの良い形状なんだけど歯応えはもっちり
スープは鶏と魚介のダブルスープで鶏の旨味の後にくっきりと魚介出汁の味わいを感じられるねぇ
サイドの卵かけご飯は胡麻油が加えられてて一味違う味わいが愉しめる
う〜んこれはまたそつなくこなれた逸品でありますなぁ
さて満足感高い昼飯を頂けたところでもうちょい車走らせていくかな
