奈良県は美味しいラーメン屋さんが多い
人口多くないのに何故かな、と思いますが、大阪も近いし、いろいろと研究されているな、と感じることも多く、最近よく訪問しています
こちらは百名店でチェックしていたお店、平日の昼過ぎで、すんなり店内へ
中華そば醤油を注文
スープは煮干しが効いた鶏ガラっぽいスープ
熱々のスープは醤油のまろやかさの中に、ほんのり煮干しのほろ苦さもある美味しいスープ
素晴らしいのは麺
中細のもっちりツルツル麺で、喉越しがたまらなくいい感じ
スープとのバランスが崩れるから、と大盛りが無かったり、麺の茹で具合もかためんが無かったりするのも好感度が上がります
とても美味しく、満足できました
