どんどんお店を増やしていて気になっていたスシローの居酒屋『杉玉』、どんなものかと行ってみました。
ランチタイムは天丼や海鮮丼、お得なセット等もありランチ利用も普通にできます。
今回は面白そうな通常メニューから選択しました。
・10食限定「雲丹といくらのこぼれ軍艦」
・キャビア寿司
・ホタテは雲丹炙り
・鮪ロッシーニ
・厳選2貫 中トロ 生サーモン
・海鮮赤だし
・おでんの大根なのに天麩羅
・欲張りな天麩羅盛り合わせ
・ネギマグロとオリーブ 素敵すぎる出逢い
・杉玉ポテトサラダ
全部329円です。
面白そうなネーミング、豪華そうな組合せや工夫もされています。スシローよりもワンランク上で居酒屋ならではの遊び心を入れた感じです。
味はスシローと同じか少し上、酢飯には赤酢(本当はバルサミコ酢黒酢)が使われています。
キャビアやフォアグラ、トリュフはなんちゃって物でキャビアの缶にはイミテーションと書かれています。
頼んだ中では特別美味しいという物はなく、だいたいの物が普通に美味しいという感想。杉玉ポテトサラダだけは味が濃すぎて残しました。居酒屋なので酒のつまみの味付けなのでしょう。
値段を考えれば面白いしアリなのですが、今回は食事環境が悪すぎました。
調理場に近いカウンター席だったせいでカウンター内の会話が丸聞こえ、アルバイトの人達のどーでもいい雑談が延々と聞こえてきます(ヘタな歌まで歌う)。知らない人達が休憩室で集まっている中で食事をさせられている気分で苦痛でした。
