日曜日の午後、家事もすべてやりつくし、あまりにも暇なので、西大寺へふらふらと。
駅前の安倍銃撃事件の時のグダグダガードレールは撤去され、きれいな人工芝が貼られていました。そんな銃撃事件の横のサンワビルの地下に、「杉玉」ができていました。
スシローが経営する寿司居酒屋で、土日は昼夜通しで営業しているようです。
日曜の15時頃なので、寿司は頼まず、ハイボールに続き、「しめ鯖薬味まみれ」と、「ちくわの磯辺揚げ」のみを注文。追加でメガハイボールを頼んで税込み1,800円でした。
しめ鯖はちょっとしょっぱかったですが、脂がかなり乗っていました。ちくわの磯辺揚げが絶品で、塩で食べてもおいしいし、カウンター席に置かれた、だし醤油で食べてもおいしい。
次回は、アジフライやシュウマイを食べたいと思います。
カウンター席は広めにとってくれるので、のんびりできます。店内は禁煙で、外に喫煙ルームと男女別のトイレがあるので、安心です。
西大寺で昼飲み可能な、貴重な店です。
