お店は閑静な住宅街にあり、古民家を改装した風情が感じられます。
オープンから1年足らずでミシュランを獲得され、今奈良で話題のご夫婦で経営されている中華料理屋さんです。
ランチがとてもおいしかったので、今回はディナーに伺ってきました。
季節限定の上海蟹のコースをいただきました。
自家栽培の無農薬の野菜を中心にこだわりの香辛料を使われていて、一品一品にシェフのこだわりを感じることができます。
ランチももちろんおいしかったですが、ディナーも大変おいしくどれも感動するものばかりでした。
いつもメッセージでご丁寧に連絡をくださるので、安心して訪問することができます。また再訪したいと思います。

オープンから1年足らずでミシュランを獲得され、今奈良で話題の中華料理屋さんです。
インスタグラムを通じて点心のランチと追加の麻婆豆腐を予約をしました。メッセージで何度もご丁寧に連絡をくださり、大変助かりました。
お店は閑静な住宅街にあり、古民家を改装した風情が感じられます。

The restaurant is located in a quiet residential area. It is run by a lovely couple who have won a Michelin award in less than a year after opening. Chinese Cuisine is a popular restaurant in Nara. They were awarded the 2023 Tabelog Bronze and their Tabelog score is increasing day by day and they are now ranked No. 1 in Nara Prefecture. With their home-grown, pesticide-free vegetables, no chemical seasonings, and special spices, you can feel the chef's dedication to each and every dish. This is our third visit to the restaurant, having visited once for lunch and once for dinner. Lunch is mainly Dim sum, but everything is really delicious. The course meal alone is very hearty and fills you up, but this time I was prepared not to eat at night and asked for an additional soup-less tantanmen and mapo doufu. In addition to the food, you can also enjoy a wide variety of drinks, including local alcoholic beverages and Chinese tea. There are many Chinese Cuisine great restaurants in Kansai, but this is my favorite. We always receive detailed information on the installations, so we can visit the restaurant with peace of mind. I would like to visit again for dinner next time.
