Kyushu Umaka is a local Kyushu Local Cuisine located in Kintetsu Nara. It is located on the 4th floor of Nara Kotsu Line House. I visited because I heard that swimming squid can be eaten in Nara. Swimming squid is sold by the gram for 100g for ¥1,950. Today, I only had one limited edition of 400g of squid, so of course I had no hesitation in ordering it. The thinly sliced mantle is transparent, soft and delicious. This was worth ordering. The empera part and the geso part were grilled separately with salt. It was delicious. On the other hand, customer service is not good. It was a smartphone ordering app that was quite difficult to use, so I placed a verbal order, but depending on the staff, some staff accepted it and others refused. It's a shame because the food is delicious. Thank you for the meal.
