Our specialty, Nikunojo Special Chinjao Maki, is a slightly luxurious chinjao pork. In order to allow you to enjoy the flavor of the meat, we do not use the usual thin strips of meat, but instead cut it into a thin, flat piece. Green peppers, bamboo shoots, and paprika from Nara Prefecture are wrapped in rare-grilled ichibo (aitchbone) with a special sauce, creating an exquisite taste. The refreshing acidity brings out the aftertaste of the beef and green peppers. This is a proud dish that you should definitely try if you come to this area!
