富雄駅前の小さなビルの2階にあるイタリアンのお店。その日のメニューの看板がビルの入口に出ていますが、入口が狭いので通り過ぎてしまうかもしれません。
お店はとても小さく、4席程のカウンターとテーブルが2つぐらいです。お昼のランチで伺いましたが、夜はサクっと飲めそうですね♪
ランチは３種類あり、一番シンプルなサラダとパンとパスタのセットにしました。パスタはその時によってメニューが変わるようです。今回は旬の牡蠣を使った、牡蠣と菜の花の白ワインバターソースのパスタにしました。
最初に出てきたのはバーニャカウダーのサラダ。てっきりお皿に盛られたサラダが出てくると思っていたのでビックリ！食べてみると予想以上に野菜はえぐみが少なく、そして新鮮で美味しい！ソースはマヨネーズベース？ですが油分は気にならず、爽やかでほのかな酸味が香ります。生の人参はかなり苦手ですが、えぐみが少ないので美味しくいただけました。
続いてはパスタ。パスタはつるつるしてなめらかで喉越しが良いです。フェンネル（恐らく）の香りがしっかり立っています。白ワインソースは牡蠣の旨味を引き立てながらも爽やかに仕立てています。塩加減もちょうど良いです。菜の花はえぐみがなく、柔らかいけれど適度な硬さも残っていて、ふにゃふにゃの食感ではないので美味しくいただけます。
にんにくの香りとバターのコクが、パスタや各食材の美味しさを引き立てて、深みのある味わいに仕上がっています。
具材がなくてソースとパスタだけでも十分美味しくいただける美味しさです！
パンはセミハードタイプでやや乾燥ぎみですが香ばしいです。そのまま食べると少しパサパサした印象ですが、パスタソースに漬けて食べるにはちょうど良いかもと感じました。
とても小さくてあまり目立たないお店ですが、とっても美味しかったです！繊細で端正な味でした。
また他のパスタも食べてみたいなと思います^^
