奈良近鉄学園前駅徒歩１分の好立地。
お出汁には毎朝店内で挽かれた鹿児島枕崎産の本枯れ節と羅臼昆布を使用。化学調味料を使いたくないオーナーの想いで、国産原料の薄口醤油と国産もち米を使用したみりんを合わせた「究極のお出汁」。
麺は「三輪山勝製麺」の食用油不使用の素麺を使用。吉野葛を使った麺は独特の喉越しを実現。こだわった小麦粉と塩、水から作られる麺は甘みが強く持っちりした食感です。
