ランチで訪問。
14時過ぎだったからか、お客さんは1人だけ。
券売機で食券を購入するスタイル。
キャッシュレス決済には対応しておらず。
全部乗せまぜそばを購入してみた。
食券を渡して5分くらい待って、まぜそばが着丼。
が、すぐに引き上げられていった。
ん？ん？ってなってると、温泉卵を入れ忘れてたらしい。
言われなかったら、自分でも気づかんかったかな笑
説明書きにあったように、テーブル上の調味料をぶっかけてどんぶりの底からしっかりと混ぜてみた。
が、レンゲで底からしっかりと混ぜたかったな。レンゲがあったら混ぜやすいし。
てか、全部乗せは、チャーシューがいっぱい乗ってて混ぜにくい。サイコロ状のチャーシューの方がええかな。
