月日亭 生駒店のランチをミシュランごっこ(=採点)。
実家に海外からのお客様が来られまして。
外食でおもてなしするというので、同席いたしました。
「平群から最も近い百貨店」近鉄百貨店生駒の、レストラン街6Fにある月日亭がお食事場所です。
月日亭って奈良、大阪でちょくちょく見かけるんですが利用したのは初めて。
たいがい近鉄の駅前か近鉄百貨店内にあるんですが、近鉄が経営するレストランなんでしょうかね？ ←調べてません
ちなみに月日亭の本店は、奈良の春日山にある110年余の歴史を持つ料理旅館だそう。
「百貨店にある和食屋の王道」といった外装および内装。
店頭には料理サンプル、中は木目を基調にした明るく上品な雰囲気。
いただいたお料理はこちら、春日野(2,100円･税込)。
先付3種、造り3種、炊き合わせ、天ぷら、茶わん蒸し、ご飯、吸い物、香の物、デザートがワントレーになった御膳です。

月日亭 生駒店のランチを食べてみた感想をば。
安定！
奇をてらわない、安定した正統派和食です。
ハズレもないけど目立って美味しいものもない「百貨店にある和食屋の王道」なお料理。
とはいえ海外からのお客様にとっては、これくらい王道のほうが結果として喜んでもらえたのかも知れません。
ちなみに何気なく「月日亭本店」のHPでメニューを見ると「昼食は1万円の会席一本」。
高級老舗旅館の気分を楽しめるセカンドライン、と思えば格安の穴場店なのかも知れませんね。
